Soundarya Rajinikanth has officially announced that the Superstar Rajinikanth has left early in the morning for the shooting of his next film directed by Karthik Subbaraj. The most exciting news is that the stalwart will be playing multiple roles and that the first schedule would be in Dehradun.

The Rajini-Karthik Subbaraj film produced by Sun Pictures reportedly has Vijay Sethupathi as the villain while Bobby Simha, Sananth Reddy and Megha Akash are also said to be in the cast. Anirudh is scoring the music while S. Thirru will be handling the camera.

Meanwhile Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Kaala' produced by Dhanush and directed by Pa Ranjith is all set to release tomorrow the 7th of June with early morning shows as early as 4 am in the morning and a few corporate companies in Chennai and other cities declaring holiday as well.
