The shooting of Kabali` is progressing briskly from the day it started on Vinayaka Charthurthi last week. Rajinikanth who is playing an ageing don with killer looks is said to be so taken in by the working style of the young team that he posed a request to Pa. Ranjith which had the director dumbstruck.

India`s biggest Superstar asked permission to be on sets even on those days he did not have shoots as he is so involved with Kabali`. Ranjith ofcourse replied that the legend did not need his permission as he is free to come and go as he pleased. Now that is dedication for you folks from a man who is seen it all in four decades of being nowhere but the top.
