Superstar Rajinikanth who left for the US for medical checkup on April 23rd returned to Chennai yesterday evening where his wife Latha Rajinikanth welcomed him  with the aarathi.  There are many speculations in the media circles that Rajini would immediately launch his political party and become very active in politics now.

However sources close to the Thalaivar are of the opinion that firstly the Superstar would concentrate on the release of 'Kaala' produced by his son-in-law Dhanush on the 7th of June.  Next Rajini has given about 45 days call sheet for the Karthik Subbaraj film produced by Sun Pictures.  It is beleived that only after the completion of the new film the political party will be announced.
