Actor Suriya who has produced Pasanga 2` directed by Pandiraj under his 2D Entertainments banner has opened up about the project with interesting details. Here we bring you what the versatile actor cum producers spoke about his second production venture after the super hit `36 Vayathinile`.

“Everyone knows 2D Entertainments has been named after my children Diya and Dev. The production house was launched with an intention to make films related to children and education or films that will be useful to children in some way or other. Good story was our top priority. After listening 50-60 stories we stopped the activity as we did not get a good story. Only then director Pandiraj met me and narrated a story. He also said that if a story like this reaches the people through your establishment it will be a matter of pride. This is Pandiraj`s initiative and not mine. For that I should thank him first. He has done research about children for two years to make this film. Kids means beauty. Everything in their world is beautiful. Their world is something that deserves our attention. The world of kids changes according to time. For example the moments I experienced in my childhood are different. The experiences of today`s children will be different. This will not be the same for the children after five years. World of kids in the city is different from the one in village. We have to be attentive to these differences. The parents and family members who come to watch Pasanga 2` will take with them a very good advice while leaving the movie halls. I have acted very ordinarily in this film. This is children`s film out and out.”

Pasanga 2` has Karthik Kumar and Bindhu Madhavi and a bunch of kids playing important roles. Suriya and Amala Paul make cameo appearances. The film is expected to hit the screens in the last week of November.
