Suspiria
Written by David Kajganick, 'Suspiria' is directed by Luca Guadagnino. The film is a remake of its first installment of the same name which hit the screens in 1977. Teh film will have an ensemble star cast of Dakota Johnson, Tilda Swinton, Mia Goth, Lutz Ebersdorf, Jessica Harper and Chloe Grace Moretz.
The movie revolves around a young ballet dancer who joins an academy in Berlin only to find out the supernatural quality surrounding it. With a slew of murders happening she uncovers the dark secrets.
The team began its filming in Italy in October 2016 and completed it on March 10, 2017 in Berlin. A footage of the film was screened at the 2018 Cinemacon and reportedly it was hard and gruesome and made those watched it uneasy. Thom Yorke has composed the music score for the film. Sayombhu Mukdeeprom is handling the cinematography for the film.
Editor Walter Fasano has made the cuts for the movie.A group of banners including the K Period Media, Frensey Film Company, Videa, Mythology Entertainment, First Sun, Memo Films, Vega Baby, Muskat Filmed Properties have come together to bankroll the project.
Made at a budget of $10 million, 'Suspiria' is slated to hit the screens on November 2, 2018.
