Box Office Buzz: 'Crew' Continues to Soar After Impressive 4th Day!

As "Crew" stepped into its fourth day at the theaters, it put a smile on one's face by consistently managing to impress the audiences. After a fabulous opening weekend, the comedy-heist film "Crew," starring Tabu, Kareena Kapoor, and Kriti Sanon, has come past the crucial Monday test and proved its acceptance well among the audience, setting in for a good run for the days to come. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, "Crew" grossed Rs 4.50 crore on its fourth day.

The Good Friday holiday further boosted the film's outstanding weekend performance, which opened with Rs 10.28 crore nett.

Over the next two days, 'Crew' bettered expectations as it collected Rs 10.87 crore and Rs 11.45 crore at India net on Saturday and Sunday, respectively. Including Monday's collections, the film's total domestically reached over Rs 36 crore. On the international front, too, "Crew" fared phenomenally well and added another $2.8 million (Rs 23 crore) over the weekend, resulting in a worldwide weekend opening gross of Rs 62 crore. There will indeed be a solid first week and a powerful second weekend, more so with no other releases lined up for next Friday. The film is now prepared to continue its run. Two other movies that took the ticket counters by storm were "Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire" and Prithviraj Sukumaran's "Aadujeevitham."

We project "Crew" to conclude its theatrical run within the Rs 70–80 crore range. With a budget of Rs. 75 crore as investment, he has also set aside an extra Rs 15 crore for publicity and advertisement, taking the total to Rs 90 crore. Produced by Ekta Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor and directed by Rajesh Krishnan, the movie "Crew" spells constant attention and success, starring Diljit Dosanjh, Kapil Sharma, and many other special roles by renowned actors.
