A Tamil director has been arrested for physically abusing a minor girl and then forcing her to marry him. The most shocking thing is that both the parents of the girl are cops and that did not deter him from carrying out his disgusting agenda.
The girl's parents had bought the new smartphone to facilitate her online classes but unfortunately, she is said to have spent most of her time on social media. It was on Instagram that she became friendly with one Sathya Prakash who introduced himself as the director of a movie titled 'Samuthayam'.
Sensing that the girl is interested in movies he had promised to make her an actress and then invited her to his house in Maduravoyil, Chennai where he had physically abused her several times. He then started forcing her to marry him and
Based on the complaints from the girl's parents the Vadapalani police found out that Sahya Prakash was already married and has a child but is separated from his wife. He tried to capitalize on the situation and forcefully marry the minor girl. The man is now in custody and has been booked under the POCSO act.
