Tamil film 'Taramani', which was a big hit last year, will be released in Telugu by D Venkatesh of DV Creations. The film has undergone the censor formalities. It has got 'A' and the producer's plan is to release it by the end of February.

Starring Andrea Jeremiah, Anjali and Vasanth Ravi, 'Taramani' is a triangular love story. "Both contemporary and thrilling, the film's subject mirrors the thinking of today's youngsters. We are hopeful that it will be a bigger hit in Telugu than Tamil. This is a dubbed film just for namesake. In its spirit, it has the Telugu nativity," the producer says.

"We are confident of scoring a hit as the Telugu audience has always encouraged novel stuff," the producer adds.
