Tax sleuths target Sathyam Cinemas proprietor

Over the last few days, officials from the Income Tax department have been conducting raids at high profile residences in the state. Recently homes and offices of those close to Sasikala were also searched by officials creating a lot of buzz around the subject.

Now reports have been coming in that tax sleuths have begun conducting raids at the residence and properties of S2 Cinemas theatre owner.  This sudden raid has come following the speculation that there might be irregularities involved in the buying of Jazz Cinema by Sasikala aides from Sathyam Cinemas group.
