Actor Arun Vijay had returned on screen after the successful Chekka Chivantha vaanam with the thriller flick Thadam, which is directed by Magizh Thirumeni and the movie was released worldwide on March 1, opening to unanimous positive reviews.

The movie which marked the second collaboration of Arun Vijay and Magizh Thirumeni after the acclaimed Thadaiyara Thaakka, is a whodunit drama revolving around identical characters Ezhil and Kavin played by Arun Vijay. The movie also stars Vidya Pradeep, Tanya Hope and Smruthi Venkat.

Now the latest buzz is that Thadam's Telugu remake might star actor Ram in lead role and that the movie is expected to be produced by Sravanthi Ravi Kishore and Tagore Madhu together. An official announcement might arrive soon on the cast and crew.
