Thala Ajith's 'Viswasam' directed by Siruthai Siva and produced by Sathyajyothi Films is one of the most awaited films that is slated for release on Pongal 2019. Ninety percent of the shooting has been wrapped up in various locations with only a few portions left to be shot. Meanwhile the dubbing work has started and Thala himself has started his portions and will continue for the next few days.

'Viswasam' which has music by D.Imman has Nayanthara as the love interest of Ajith while Robo Shankar, Yogi Babu, Ramesh Thilak, Vivek, Thambi Ramaiah and Kovai Sarala are in the cast. Ajith appears in two getups in the film one as an aged man in salt and pepper and bearded look and another clean shaven young look that is massy.
