'Vangaveeti' was always expected to kick up rows even post release. After RGV made it clear to the stakeholders that he would be having his way, those with objections couldn't do much except waiting for the film's release.

Radha, son of late Vangaveeti Ranga, has done just that. On the same day as the film opened big in Vijayawada and neighbouring districts, Radha reportedly complained to the DGP Sambasivarao, demanding that a certain portrayal of Ranga in the movie be corrected.

On his part, RGV has already made a statement through the film.
