Dil Raju has claimed that he hasn't seen a family entertainer doing so well at the BO as has 'Shatamanam Bhavati'. "The distributors have started making profits in just three days. The 'mouth talk' is great. If they are starting the morning show at 9, you can imagine the collections," he has said.

Has the film done this well only because it released during Sankranthi holidays? "I would say no. The content is strong, anyways. Satish Vegesna worked as a writer for our movies 'Ramayya Vasthavayya' and 'Subrahmanyam For Sale'. When I heard the emotional story, I was excited. We worked on the story for one year. We narrated the story to many. Nani offered some suggestions. By telling the story to so many, we could learn their reactions," the ace producer reveals.

Coming to Sharwanand's character, Dil Raju says, it was thought that it would be great if he spoke in East Godavari slang. "When Sharwanand was not sure if the role suits him, I asked him to take a narration from the director," he quips.

"I wished people who didn't know my number call me up after watching the movie. That did happen as I wished. A political leader from Nellore called me up and congratulated me for producing this movie," Dil Raju says with a sense of happiness.

He is sure that it's not an NRI-targeted entertainer. "We have time for everything, but not for our parents. My brother went away without talking to me after watching the movie because he was afraid that he would cry," he recounts.

"We have released the movie in 92 screens in Nizam territory, and a total of 250 theatres in AP and Telangana. About 50 screens have been added since Jan 14th. By the 26th of this month, a hundred more will be added. 'SB' has collected half a million dollars in Overseas, and is expected to cross 1 million mark. This is not an ordinary thing. We are planning to hold a grand event this 27th or 28th," Dil Raju avers.

As for his up-and-coming movies, 'Nenu Local' will be released in February. The Mahesh Babu-Vamsi Paidipally movie will go on the floors from August and will be released in summer next.
