Director Adhiyaman is keen to release his Thoondil for Deepavali. Starring Shaam, Sandhya and Divya in lead roles, the shooting for the movie was wound up recently.

The post production works for the movie is on at the studio owned by Soundarya Rajnikanth.

Adhiyaman had established himself as a successful director in Bollywood rendering a couple of big hits.

“Now the latest buzz is that even before Thoondil is released in Kollywood, prominent Bollywood producer Shemaroo, who churned out Omkara, has evinced keen interest to remake the film in Hindi. Impressed with the story, he has expressed his desire to do the movie in Hindi”, says Adhiyaman.

“It is likely that Vivek Oberoi might don the lead role in the Hindi version. Shooting would start this December”, informs Adhiyaman.
