With the kind of films Sajid Nadiadwala's banner has been producing, he is become one of the most sought after producers in the industry especially among the younger generation. A lot of young actors in the industry want to work with Sajid Nadiadwala. The ace filmmaker gave a dream debut to Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon in 'Heropanti' and post that have done a lot of successful films with the younger lot - 'Highway' with Alia Bhatt, '2 States' with Alia and Arjun Kapoor.

This year too, he will be seen working with Tiger and Shraddha in 'Baaghi', director Rohit Dhawan and Varun Dhawan in 'Dishoom' and Jacqueline Fernandez in 'Dishoom' and 'Housefull 3'. The young actors have often been heard saying how they like Sajid Nadiadwala's vision for his films.

Shared Shraddha, "With Baaghi, it was the first time I worked with Sajid sir and it was like one more box ticked. I had such a wonderful time shooting for the film that I just did not want to leave his set. He really takes care of the needs of his actors but at the same time, he knows what is good for us. He is just fabulous. Would love to work with him more."

While Varun said, "The marketing for Dishoom will be a bit different, because Sajid Sir has his own Vision and he is brilliant. Since the beginning, I have seen Sajid Sir's films, he has a definite vision, the way he wants his films to be promoted. I think we will be following that kind of vision with Dishoom's marketing too."

Having been introduced to Bollywood by one of the biggest launch vehicles, Kriti couldn't have asked for a better launch. "Since I had no idea how the industry functions at that time when I was taking my first step here, and I was nervous, it was Sajid sir who mentored and guided me," recalled Kriti and added, "He is the best mentor anyone can ask for. Even today I can go to him for guidance and I know he will be there. Once you are with him, he feels very responsible towards you. I don't think I can thank him enough in words."

Jacqueline had different yet fabulous experience since she worked with Sajid both as a director and producer in 'Kick'. Sharing about it the actress said, "He is such a creative genius and his vision is far beyond. He somehow manages to achieve what he sets his mind on. It is always great working with Sajid. He is multi dimensional and superb in every hat that he dons. What I really like about him is how he really takes care of all his actors.

Tiger calls Sajid sir more than a mentor and the person who launched him. "He's a father figure for me and somebody who saw something in me and believe in me when I didn't believe in myself," stated Tiger and added, "He's taken such good care of me as if I were his own son and I don't think I can ever repay him for his love. I've troubled him so much and irritated him so much and he always put up with me as though I were like his son. Will miss working with him and look forward to making Baaghi and all the films we work together become w success."
