Mega Power Star Ram Charan has achieved another remarkable milestone in his career. Following his international recognition for his role in 'RRR,' he has now been honored with the title of 'Global Star.' Additionally, he is set to receive an honorary doctorate from the prestigious University of Vels, Chennai. Reports suggest that Charan will be the chief guest at the university's graduation ceremony, scheduled to be held at Wales University on April 13, where he will be conferred with the honorary doctorate.

This recognition places Charan among esteemed personalities like Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and acclaimed director Shankar, who have been similarly honored in previous years by the university. Vels University is known for honoring distinguished individuals from various fields with honorary doctorates. Apart from Charan, this year's honorees include Dr. P. Veeramuthuvel, Project Coordinator, Chandrayaan, ISRO, Dr. GSK Velu, Founder and CMD of Trivitron Healthcare, and renowned Table Tennis Player Achanta Sharath Kamal, who was recently honored with the Padmashree by the Government of India.

Fans of Ram Charan are ecstatic and celebrating their hero's prestigious achievement. Regarding his upcoming projects, Charan is currently working on the film 'Game Changer.' Directed by the sensational director Shankar, this movie has generated immense excitement in both Telugu and Kollywood industries. The film, produced by Dil Raju under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations, features Bollywood actress Kiara Advani opposite Charan. Anjali, SJ Surya, Samudrakhani, Jayaram, Sunil, and Bollywood actor Harry Josh are also part of the cast. 'Game Changer' is slated for release as a Dussehra gift and is currently in its final stages of shooting.

In addition to 'Game Changer,' Charan has also signed another pan-India film, tentatively titled RC16 (#RC16). Directed by Buchibabu Sana of 'Uppena' fame, the film was recently launched with a grand pooja ceremony. Janhvi Kapoor, daughter of the late actress Sridevi, will play the female lead opposite Charan in this highly anticipated project. Regular shooting for RC16 is expected to commence soon, adding to the excitement surrounding Ram Charan's upcoming ventures.
