Trailer Review: U Turn

There is always inherent tension in a hint of intrigue. The Trailer for 'U Turn' proves it once again. Written and directed by Pawan Kumar, the thriller is a remake of a Kannada hit by the same director.

Samantha Akkineni plays a journalist whose life goes for a toss in a matter of five days. Is she framed? Is she not innocent? Why does she repeat one line so many times?

Since the story revolves around Samantha's character, she has her task cut out. She has dubbed herself and her voice packs in a sense of mystery.

Aadhi Pinisetty plays an earnest cop intent on cracking a criminal incident. Bhumika Chawla understandably has an emotional role, while Rahul Ravindran plays a mindful observer.

Produced by Srinivasaa Chhitturi and Rambabu Bandaru, the thriller surely has taut visuals by cinematographer Niketh Bommireddy. Poornachandra Tejaswi's RR should be of importance. Editing is by Suresh Arumugam. Art Direction is by AS Prakash, Ramanjaneyulu, and Latha Tarun. Dialogues are by Bheem. Stunts are by Chetan D'souza. VFX & DI are done by Knack Studios.
