Trisha or Hansika for Vikram?

Chiyaan is busy at the moment with director Shankar's 'Ai', but is likely to start shooting for his next project with director Dharani, come January, after wrapping up his current magnificent project. After their successful rendezvous in 'Dhill' and 'Dhool', Dharani has tentatively titled his next with Vikram, 'Rascal'.
Dharani had recently sat down to scan the many heroines to zero in on the right one for the project, and after a lot of thorough consideration, Hansika was shortlisted. This has angered Trisha, as she was hopeful of the lead role in this film; given that she is a good friend of both the actor's as well as the director's, Trisha is now disappointed. Meanwhile, we hear that Hansika has turned down the project as she is already busy with too many films in hand. So does Trisha stand a chance now? We have to wait till the next confirmation from the team.
