When Mansoor Ali Khan's regrettable comments about wanting exploitative scenes with actor Trisha in Leo surfaced, Trisha displayed a gracious willingness to forgive him after he issued a public apology. However, Mansoor's attempt to escalate the matter through legal channels ultimately backfired. Yet, Trisha's stance seems markedly different when it comes to the allegations leveled against her by former AIADMK member AV Raju.

Taking to X, Trisha shared images of the defamation notice her legal team dispatched to Raju, in response to his recent remarks to the press. Raju claimed that his previous statements regarding Trisha were taken out of context. In the legal notice, Trisha's attorneys demanded compensation from Raju, although the specific amount was obscured in the shared images. Additionally, Raju was instructed to cease making further defamatory statements about Trisha, remove any defamatory articles from various media platforms, and issue an unconditional apology within 24 hours of receiving the notice.

Failure to comply with these demands would result in Trisha pursuing both criminal and civil action against Raju, with him being liable for all associated costs. As the notice was dispatched on Wednesday, the ball is now in Raju's court regarding his potential interactions with the press moving forward.

Raju, who was recently ousted from AIADMK, alleged that Trisha was taken to a resort at the behest of an MLA for a specified sum of money. Responding to these accusations on X, Trisha condemned such baseless claims and asserted that she would take necessary and decisive action through legal channels against those spreading such falsehoods.

Amidst these controversies, Trisha is poised to make her return to Telugu cinema after a hiatus, starring alongside Chiranjeevi in Vishwambhara, helmed by Vassishta of Bimbisara fame. Additionally, she is slated to appear in Mani Ratnam's Thug Life alongside Kamal Haasan, as well as Vidaa Muyarchi with Ajith Kumar. Notably, Trisha is also actively involved in Malayalam cinema, currently filming projects titled Ram and Identity.
