'Tutak Tutak Tutiya', Vashu Bhagnani's next project staring Prabhudeva, Tamannaah and Sonu Sood, seems to be making the right kind of noise as an insider reveals that the film which has simultaneously been shot in 3 languages has been tapping all the markets to the tee.
A source from the set revealed, shooting the same was a delight as all the artists gave each shot three times for 3 different languages. The same is a school of thought followed by Mani Ratnam who has given us 'Yuva' following the same pattern or the Oscar nominated Kon-Tiki which was shot in two languages simultaneously.
Trade insiders reveal that, every film wants to reach out to a wider audience and with Prabhudeva and Sonu Sood having immense fan following in the Hindi film industry, the idea of it being shot in 3 languages just expands the market to open it further. The foot tapping songs and the hilarious one liners already are catching up amongst the audience, and the makers are releasing the film in all 3 languages on the same day.
On touching base with Deepshikha Deshmukh, she stated, the content of the film on script level was such that we wanted it to reach out to maximum audience and this time we didn't only want the Hindi speaking audience to have a laugh riot but audiences that cater to all languages to enjoy this Masala entertainer.
"I believe Language should not be barrier when it comes to showcasing good cinema. Tutak Tutak Tutiya is an out an out commercial film and we wanted it to cater to the larger set of audiences. Hence, we decided to shoot the film in 3 different languages that is Tamil Telugu and Hindi," said Sonu Sood.
"This is the first time that film is not only releasing in 3 languages but is also shot in 3 different languages - Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. We all used to shoot in all 3 languages at the same time without any cut. I used to tell my director keep the cameras rolling and I used to come give my shot in Telugu then run again and give my shot in Tamil and then run again and give my shot in Hindi. It was a very different and a funny experience," added Prabhu Deva.
Pooja Entertainment and Films ltd presents in association with Shakti Sagar Productions. The film releases on 7th October 2016.
