A park for children to play in the concrete jungle of Bangalore! For the children of 'Tutturi' a lot of problem make parking. The effort of producer Jayamala - a renowned national award actress and producer is appreciable. She has picked the right issue to open the minds of administrators in our society.

The park and playground culture that is there for new layouts and apartments built nowadays is deceived for the existing citizens who live in lanes. The population of people living in small lanes is high. What should they do has struck the director P.Seshadri and story writer Prahallad.

When everything is reorganized in our society why not the maximum of children living in small gullies (Gully in Kannada means small lane or ally) not get such facility is the right thought handled here.

The psychology of children and their parents form the interesting element of this film. The elders commit mistakes in giving right channel to grow for their children is focused here and that is definitely an eye opener.

The games with available tools in the yesteryears out of our memories are reintroduced in this film and said cricket is not everything - this indeed brings back old glory.

In a nutshell the children approach a dilapidated place to play in the summer vacation. The land lord of that place comes to their rescue and support the children stand. The 'Tutturi' (The bugle) park transform as a good alternative for children. When everything is happy and the old landlord of that place a business tycoon recoup from ill health mingling with children - enters his son and grandson from America. The place where the park is made for children to play is sold with business interests that put the old man fall sick. How the children fight it out and the old man recoup from ill health is all expected.

Dattanna the two times national award winning actor shines in the role of grand old man. Among the children it is Karthik and Anirudh who steal the show. The rest of 15 children have acted lively too.

Hamsalekha has penned the right lines required for this film and scored lovely music. H.M.Ramachandra's camera work deserved to be better. It looks dull at places.

This is a tolerable and worth watching.

Scoring - 6/10
