Heres an update on Aamir Khans Lal Singh Chadda

Mr Perfectionist Aamir Khan is known to put all his energy in his ongoing projects. This is why he takes up one project at a time and takes years to complete it. Fans are desperately waiting for his film 'Lal Singh Chadda', a remake ofnthe Hollywood classic, 'Forrest Gump'. According to latests reports, Aamir has choosen Laddakh as the filming location for a grand action scene with the actor Naga Chaitanya, who is replacing the actor Vijay Sethupathi.

Keeping in mind that the film follows the story of Forrest Gump, the Laddakh backdrop could be used for the war scene inspired by the Vietnam War scene from the original film. The character played by Naga Chaitanya just might be the Indian counterpart of the character Bubba Blue. However, nothing has been officially announced about this and all we have right now are the specualtions.

The cast and crew are working tirelessly to meet the deadline of Christmas release of the film.
