Vaadivaasal Review

Vaadivaasal is one of Suriya's much-awaited movies directed by Vetrimaaran. The movie ‘Vaadivaasal’ is adapted from the novel of the same name written by C Su Chellapa which is about the bull sport Jalikattu.

This film is one of the most anticipated projects as it is the first time Suriya will be acting in Vetrimaaran’s direction. The story revolves around Picchi and Marudan who take part in the annual bull-taming contest at the Chellaiyi festival at Periyapatti hoping to subdue a ferocious Kaari bull that had defeated Picchi's father.

On the occasion of Suriya's birthday, the makers of his next film Vaadivaasal shared a special glimpse video which gives an insight into the actor's intense training with a bull. The video was titled with the tagline 'Not a teaser' to avoid causing confusion among the fans and the general audience

The film will be produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu, who had bankrolled Vetrimaaran’s last film Asuran starring Dhanush. The background tracks for the film will be composed by GV Prakash.
