Vadivelu dragged to Court

Ace comedian Vadivelu offered his unequivocal support to Nasser and Vishal's team in the Nadigar Sangam elections. He made fun of the previous administration of the Nadigar Sangam lead by former President Sarathkumar and General Secretary Radharavi by using his popular dialogue 'Genatha Kaanum' to convey that the Sangam building is missing.

This has offended Sarathkumar, Radharavi and their supporters. A supporter of Sarathkumar had filed a defamation suit against Vadivelu for his remark about the Sangam building in the Namakkal court.

The court has accepted the petition and has issued summons to Vadivelu to be present for hearing on November 27.
