With May Day weekend upon us now, fans everywhere were in for a gala weekend at the theatres. Despite a section of the fans being disappointed with Kamal Haasan's 'Uttama Villain' not releasing, many were satisfied after they decided to watch Aishwarya R. Dhanush's second directorial venture 'Vai Raja Vai',

The response for 'Vai Raja Vai' has so far been fantastic in all trade circles with the number of screens having been increased due to the cancelled release of 'Uttama Villain' yesterday. With many theatres still screening 'O Kadhal Kanmani' and 'Kanchana 2', Vai Raja Vai' was the only release yesterday.

The movie has been showered with positive news with the audience and box Office doing the talking. The film's tight run-time has also been lauded by everyone saying the film packs quite a punch with all commercial elements included. Filled with many exhilarating moments, 'Vai Raja Vai' has a good racy story with good performances from the cast along with a dynamic cameo by Dhanush and peppy music by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Celebrities in K'Town have also been appreciative of the film taking to Twitter praising the film.

With positive news for the movie coming from all over, this only means good for movie lovers.
