Speaking at the even Varu asked women not to feel embarrassed about speaking about breasts as they are a part of the body just like any other and they should not avoid checking with doctors if they are at risk for cancer. The 'Sarkar' star assured the women that breast cancer is curable if detected at an early stage and she also appreciated the Chennai Airport Authority for going pink the whole month to create awareness on the threat to women.
