Yes, we mean it literally. Director Venkat Prabhu and his actor-brother Premji Amaran were among the chief guests at ‘Pegasus-2010’, the college day celebrations of a private group of institutions at Vikravandi in Villupuram district, on Saturday.

They shared the dais with Jai of ‘Subramaniapuram’ fame, Vaibav of ‘Goa’ fame, Mahesh of ‘Angadi Theru’ fame, Dhanishka of ‘Peranmai’ fame and T Siva of Amma Creations, who had produced ‘Saroja’.

Besides interacting with students, the celebrities also danced for the number ‘Kodanu Kodi…’ from ‘Saroja’, which received a huge applause from the audiences. It was Venkat Prabhu who led the team and gave a brief account of the skills of each actor.

The director also conducted a sort of survey to know who could be the hero (from among the actors gathered) for his next film and Jai emerged the triumphant with the majority of the audience settling for him. The actors expressed their readiness to pursue a course, if given a chance. This drew a loud applause.
