Venkatesh's 'Guru' shooting commences

The first look of 'Guru', which sees Venkatesh as a boxing coach, received a thumping response. This regular shooting of this movie, which is the official remake of Tamil film 'Irudhi Suttru' ('Saala Khadoos' in Hindi), has commenced today in Vizag.

This Sudha Kongara directorial will be released on the eve of Christmas this year. Rithika Singh, who also acted as the female lead in the Tamil-Hindi bilingual, romances Venkatesh in this movie.

Currently, some key scenes are being filmed on Venkatesh. Santosh Narayanan of 'Kabali' fame has been roped in for the music score. S.Sashi Kanth has been producing the film under Y NOT Studios banner.
