Vetrimaaran to tackle Jallikattu after GVP

Vetrimaaran made a lasting impression with his very first film Polladhavan` and followed it up with his National Award winning Aadukalam` both starring Dhanush. His Visaranai` based on the novel “Lockup” by Chandra Kumar knocked at the Oscar`s doorsteps.

Now we hear that Vetrimaaran will be filming another novel “Vaadi Vaasal` written by C. S. Chellappa which is based on the Jallikattu sport. The screenplay adaption is going on and filming will begin once Vetrimaaran completes his Vada Chennai` with Dhanush and a new film starring G. V. Prakash Kumar produced by Sri Green Productions.
