Superstar Rajinikanth is currently busy shooting for director Pa. Ranjith's 'Kaala' and he has completed working on director Shankar's '2.0' which is the mega budget sequel to his 2010 blockbuster 'Enthiran'.

Now we heard a too good to be true information about Thalaivar's next. It is said that the National Award winning director Vetrimaran has recently met the Superstar and narrated story to him. Sources reveal that the Superstar may do his next film for the much hailed director of the present generation.

Vetrimaran is currently busy with the shooting of first part of the 'Vada Chennai' trilogy with Dhanush. So even if his project with Rajinikanth materializes it will take a long time to begin.
