Vijay-Amala Paul marriage on cards

Yesterday media was abuzz that director Vijay will tie the knot with Amala Paul on June 12, 2014 in a famous wedding hall in Chennai.

However an urgent press statement from Amala Paul has it that she will announce her future plans with director Vijay, once the latter who is currently in a foreign country returns to Chennai. She has also requested the media personnelto avoid speculations regarding their relationship and future plan until an official announcement comes from them.

Though the 'Nimirndhu Nil' actress has played it down about the wedding plans, a source close to the ‘Madarsapattinam’ director has been quoted in a leading National daily as saying that the wedding is indeed on cards but the date is yet to be fixed.

Director Vijay is currently busy in the final leg of post production work of his upcoming film Saivam which is expected to hit the screens on May 1.
