Vijay Antony is a renowned music composer turned actor in Tamil cinema. He has several promising projects upcoming in his pipeline including his directorial debut, 'Pichaikkaran 2', the sequel to his 2016 blockbuster helmed by Sasi.

Now, it has been reported that Vijay Antony was injured and hospitalized while shooting for Pichaikkaran 2. As per sources, the multi-talented star suffered an injury when he was shooting for the movie at Langkawi Island, Malaysia. He is now admitted to a hospital there. The fans are wishing him a speedy recovery.

The team is making the film simultaneously in Telugu as well with the title 'Bichagadu 2'. Vijay Antony, Kavya Thapar, Yogi Babu, John Vijay, Hareesh Peradi, Ajay Gosh, YG Mahendran and many others play pivotal roles in the movie. Vijay Antony is composing music for Pichaikkaran 2 as well.
