Star director Vamshi Paidipally has directed a Holi song for World Telugu Conference, to be held under the aegis of the Telangana Government. Shot mainly on Vijay Devarakonda and scores of junior artists, it also features Mehreen Pirzada.

No prizes for guessing why Vijay and Vamshi were chosen for the same. When a pic from the sets was out in December, many wondered if Paidipally and Devarakonda are working on a movie. Turns out otherwise.

While there may come a day when the director-hero duo will team up, for now, they are busy with their respective projects.
