Vijay Sethupathi's unique character in Sindhubaadh!

Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi, who was last seen on screen in the multistarrer Super Deluxe directed by Thiagarajan Kumararaja, where he was seen playing a transgender, will be seen next in Sindhubaadh, an action packed mass entertainer which is expected to hit screens in June.

In a recent media interaction, director Su Arunkumar, for whom this is the third movie with Vijay Sethupathi after Pannaiyarum Padminiyum and Sethupathi, revealed interesting details on Sindhubaadh. Vijay Sethupathi plays a character named Thiru, who has a hearing problem, due to which he can hear only beyond certain decibels, and Anjali plays a character named Venba, who speaks at a louder volume, and the film has an interesting love track.

Vivek Prasanna, who has played interesting roles in movies like Meyaadha Maan and Vikram vedha, has gained 17 kgs for his role in the movie, and Sethupathi and Athe Kangal fame Linga plays the villain. Vijay Sethupathi's so Surya does not play his son, but plays his sidekick named Super and they both play Tenkasi based petty thieves, revealed director Arunkumar.
