Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi is going from strength to strength in his career fuelled by his decision to take on any kind of role and do full justice to it. He recently delivered towering performances in 'Master' as Thalapathy Vijay's nemesis and also as the ruthless Rayanam in his Telugu debut flick 'Uppena'.

Vijay Sethupathi who has more than a dozen big projects in his hand was grief-stricken by the passing away of director S.P. Jananathan whom he considered his guru and his industry colleague Nithish Veera. It was reported that he went to the Auroville Ashram in Pondicherry to spend time in peace and to regain his composure.

A new video has now gone viral showing VJS in a green atmosphere pulling unripe mangoes from a tree and throwing it to a friend captured in slow motion. The talented star actor is seen with an unkempt beard and in a casual outfit spending his lockdown time not only hygienically but also having some fun as well.

Vijay Sethupathi's next lineup of movies ready for release are 'Laabam', 'Tuglaq Durbar', Yaadhum Oore Yaavarum Kelir', 'Kadaisi Vivasayi' and 'Mumbaikar'. His films under production are 'Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kadhal', 'Viduthalai' , 'Gandhi Baat', '19(A)', 'Merry Christmas' and a web series directed by 'Family Man 2' helmets Raj and DK.
