“Maharaja” release trailer: Witness Vijay Sethupathis intense action in his milestone 50th movie!

The highly anticipated 50th film of Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi, "Maharaja," is set to hit the cinemas this Friday. The movie's initial trailer has already generated significant buzz among audiences. In the lead-up to the grand release, the makers have now unveiled an action-packed second trailer, further heightening excitement.

In the first trailer, Vijay Sethupathi, playing a saloon owner, files a police complaint about his missing "Lakshmi," without revealing what it is. The new trailer continues from this point, showcasing the growing frustration of the police over the enigmatic case. Additionally, it offers glimpses of the truth and emotions intertwined with this mystery, further heightening the suspense.

The new 2-minute trailer delves deeper into the emotions and action compared to the initial one. Vijay Sethupathi and Anurag Kashyap portray shady characters shrouded in secrets, while Natty Natraj takes on the role of a determined cop trying to unravel the mystery. Amidst the cat-and-mouse games, the trailer promises intense action and powerful mass moments for Vijay Sethupathi, showcasing his dynamic action skills.

"Maharaja," written and directed by Nithilan Swaminathan, is produced by Passion Studios and The Route. The film boasts an impressive cast including Vijay Sethupathi, Anurag Kashyap, Natti Natraj, Mamta Mohandas, Bharathiraja, Munishkanth, Abhirami, and Boys Manikandan. Ajaneesh Loknath is composing the music, with cinematography by Dinesh Purushothaman and editing by Philomin Raj.
