Chiyaan Vikram is back on screen with Kadaram kondan directed by Rajesh M Selva who had earlier directed Thoongavanam starring Kamal Haasan and Trisha, and the movie released on July 19.

Produced by Kamal Haasan's Raajkamal Films International and Trident Arts, Kadaram kondan has music by Ghibran and also stars Akshara Haasan, Abi Hasan and many others and the action thriller has opened well at box office.

While in TN, Kadaram kondan had a smooth release, the movie did not get a release in Malaysia. The movie was not censored by Malaysia censors and Kadaram kondan will not be releasing in the country, as the censors have stated that the movie projects Malaysia police and people in general in a bad light.
