Vishal's help for rain affected Chennai citizens

The normal life has started getting affected in Chennai city due to incessant rains that lashed out the city since last evening. Many people struggled to reach home from their places of work due to inundated roads and heavy traffic snarls. People living in low lying areas have been advised by the Government to relocate to a safe place.
Actor Vishal has always been in the forefront to help the people who are in need. He has announced that food and water will be provided at his office in Vadapalani today. Those in need can make use of this facility.
