Vishal turns director with a rare kind of subject

Turning a director has been Vishal's long-time wish. He is finally doing it. The 'Abhimanyudu' and 'Pandem Kodi-2' actor will make his directorial debut in 2019.

It's to his credit that the talented actor has chosen a rare subject for his maiden venture. "The outing will be based on stray dogs. An official announcement on the project will be made in January next year," a source says. It has to be seen if he will make it only in Tamil or as a Telugu-Tamil bi-lingual.

The actor is currently acting in the Tamil remake of NTR's 'Temper'. He has plans to make 'Detective-2', 'Abhimanyudu-2' and even 'Pandem Kodi-3'. But these are a long haul and nobody knows when they will happen.
