Not learning the lessons of the entertaining cinema and giving a long yawning film 'Vishnu' the multiple responsibilities for Abhijit has been stressful it appears. He has the experience to his side and that has not come to his help. It is a waste of exercise and investment on this film is difficult to comeback. The self prestige should be there in life. It should not be a drain via self boasting. The film 'Vishnu' is having a wafer thin story line and what has happened is image building of the hero Abijit that is not convincing.

Revenge is the one word story of this film. Do good citizen in city in the first half takes on killers of his father in village is the one line story of the film.

The tough guy in city living with his mother the protagonist Vishnu is savior of those who are in bad condition. In the process of his doing good he promises one of his friends to arrange the marriage with his liking of a girl. That makes Vishnu to come to village. That is where his paternal uncle Narasimha lived and died from the hands of disgruntled elements. Vishnu study the situation and he is regarded high by the villagers because looks similar to Narasimha. Finally he takes the revenge on trouble mongers and achieves his goal.

In 'Vishnu' director, actor and producer Abhijit has used the image of 'Yajamana' film which he acted with Dr Vishnuvardhana and dedicated this film to the gem of an actor Dr Vishnu.

In the three departments of work Abhijit fails miserably. He has not given quality as producer, not convincing at all as an actor and director.

Catherine looks sweet and very promising in the heroine slot. Poonam has nothing to boast. Veteran Geetha is OK. Baddies Sharat Lohitashva, Ashish Vidyarthi and Manoj are passable.

The music of Krupakar is good in two songs. In the second half song Jaga Jagiso Narasimha.and Geleya Nannedheya Iniya.are good scores. Manohar cinematography is not adequate.

Score - 4/10
