Actor Vivek, who's fondly referred to as Chinna Kalaivanar for his social message laced humorous comedy tracks in movies, has acted alongside all top heroes of Tamil cinema and the actor has also played lead roles in several movies.

Recently he was seen on screen playing a different kind of lead role as an ex cop who resolves a murder mystery, and sported a salt and pepper look in the thriller movie Vellai Pookal directed by debutant Vivek Elangovan.

Even as the movie is running successfully and reviewers and celebrities are praising the movie, Vivek took it to Twitter and praised actress Hansika.
