Venkatesh has been past master in remade films. So it was apt that a film that he released the audio of a film that has been dubbed into Telugu.

The audio of the film Premiste,dubbed version of the Tamil hit Kadhal, was released by Venaktesh with Allu Arvind, Rama Naidu and EVV Satyanarayana receiving it.

The film has been produced by director Shankar.

Being his first production venture, Shankar is naturally delighted at its success.

But the team man that he is, he gave all the credit for it to the director Balaji Sakthivel.

Boys fame Bharat plays the hero and newcomer Sandhya is the heroine. The film's music, by Joshua Sridhar, was a big hit in Tamil Nadu.

It is a love film with a mechanic falling in love with an upper caste school girl. The film worked in Tamil simply because it had the local milieu correct. The caste angle was also realistic.

So the question is will a film, so dependent on its regional flavor, work in dubbing.

Shankar thinks it well as it is all about emotions and feelings.

Santosham Suresh has bought the Telugu rights.

The audio release function was full color and content as songs from Shankar's film were re-created by various artistes.
