'Winner', which will hit the screens on Feb 24, has undergone the censor formalities. The film has been certified with U/A. No cuts were mandated by the board.

The makers are planning to hold a grand pre-release event on Feb 19. Directed by Gopichand Malineni, it has music by SS Thaman. Produced by Nallamalapu Srinivas (Bujji) and Tagore Madhu, it has story by Veligonda Srinivas, while Abburi Ravi and Sridhar Seepana have co-written the movie. Jagapathi Babu, Mukesh Rishi, Ali and Vennela Kishore are playing other key roles.

The cinematography is by Chota K Naidu. Editing is by Prawin Pudi. Art direction is by Prakash. Stunt choreography is by Ravi Varma.

On Feb 24, 'Winner' will clash with Vijay Antony-starrer 'Yaman'.
