Rocking star Yash has come on Face Book on Wednesday to clear the controversy related to his rented house in Kathriguppe colony in Bengaluru.

After a legal petition against Yash by house owner that he should give Rs.23 lakhs as rent, Yash clarified to the court that he has been prompt payer of monthly rent. The accounts given to court indicated that Yash has to pay Rs.9.60 lakhs towards rent. In that there is advance amount of Rs.4 lakhs. He has assured to clear the balance.

On the house owner claim that Yash is living here because it is a lucky house. Yash does not agree on such statements. I don’t believe such things. When I moved out of this house hit films like Raja Huli and Mr and Mrs Ramachari happened he mentioned. Yet I was retaining this house. Living in so and so house would give hit films, I don’t believe pointed Yash. In fact I liked all the houses I lived in my life so far adds Yash.
