Music director duo Anand-Milind make a comeback with this award winning film after six years. Anand Milind have earlier given hits like Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak and Dil. However, the music of Yeh Khula Aasman is soft and soothing to the ears and gives an insight into what the film might be. Lyricist Ravi Chopra has done a remarkable job as well and the music director seems to have done justice to his lyrics.

There are total 6 tracks in this album but one cannot rate one from the other. The entire album is worthwhile listening to and is refreshing on a tired evening.

Singer: Kunal Ganjawalla

The album opens with "Har Ghadi" by Kunal Ganjawalla. Accompanied by the soft calming notes of the violin and the guitar the song rises to another level. Kunal Ganjawalla's voice and the soft clicking of the fingers transfer you into another era.

A remix of the same song is once again presented by Kunal Ganjawalla in a happier tone. The beats here are faster turning it into a fun number.

Tum Mile: Listen here
Singer: Gayatri Ganjawalla, Soham Chakraborty

"Tum Mile' is a sweet and soft romantic number by Gayatri and Soham. Gayatri's lilting voice compliments Soham's heavy base voice. Here the piano notes are predominant throughout the song along with the flute.

Aari Aari: Listen here
Singer: Suresh Wadekar, Swapnil Bandodkar

The tinkle of the Jal Tarang forms the base of the song. A soothing lullaby song from Suresh Wadkar. There is simply no competition here. Brings back the memories of the old classics. Simply superb!

Ur Fur Kar: Listen here
Singer: Raghubir Yadav

The song is reminiscent of the old classic folk "Chalat Musafir Moh Liyo Re" from Raj Kapoor starrer `Teesri Kasam' which has music by Hasrat Jaipuri and lyrics by Shailendra. The song begins with these beats and there on Raghubir Yadav's voice takes over, transferring it to a different level. He has done a commendable job by giving it the same flavour. The song has a lot of fast dholak beats with accompanied by the Harmonioum intermittently. This one is the winner in the entire album. Definitely worth an evening accompanied with a hot cup of tea.

Zindagi Bhi Patang Hai: Listen here
Singer: Amey Date

The album rounds off with Amey Date's "Zindagi Bhi Patang Hai". It is a slow but a happier version of "Uri Fur Fur". The song is the shortest in the movie with only close to 2 minutes, yet it still makes an impact on the listener.

Overall: An excellent album and worth the buy. Anand-Milind have certainly made a comeback and how. This one is an added collection to yet another commendable job by the duo.
