Popular Tamil comedian Yogi Babu has been known for his fun comedy tracks acting along with top heroes of the industry and had started playing lead roles from last year. He had played the hero of movies like Dharma Prabhu and Gurkha in 2019.

Now, the actor's next movie in a lead role is set to have it's release, and this time, it is going to be Yogi Babu's first digital premiere. It has been officially announced that Cocktail starring Yogi Babu is all set to release directly on ZEE5 OTT platform on July 10, slipping theatrical release.

Directed by debutant Ra Vijaya Murugan, Cocktail has an Australian cocktail bird in a key role helping Yogi Babu's character solve a mystery. Produced by cinematographer PG Muthiah and Trident Arts, Cocktail also stars Rashmi Gopinath, Mime Gopi and has music by Sai Bhaskar.
