Valentine's Day was celebrated all over the globe yesterday. Couples enjoyed the day with their loved ones. Meanwhile, in a shocking incident in Goa, a young couple passed away on Valentine's day by drowning in the Arabian Sea. The cops are investigating the tragic incident now.

The victims were identified as Vibhu Sharma (27), who worked in a private firm in Mumbai, and Supriya Dubey (26), employed in Bengaluru. The two went to Goa to celebrate Valentine's day. On Monday night, they went for a swim after dinner into the waters near the Palolem beach in Canacona taluka of South Goa district as per the reports.

The police officials dismissed the possibility of any foul play in their deaths. A staff member of the hotel where they stayed confirmed to the cops that the couple had dinner and drinks before venturing into the sea. Their bodies were found a little apart from each other on Tuesday at the Ourem beach stretch in the morning and afternoon.
