Dhanush's 'Maari 2' directed by Balaji Mohan costarring Sai Pallavi and Tovino Thomas is all set to begin shooting early next year.  There was a huge curiosity over who would score music for the most expected sequel.

Wunderbar Films have made an official announcement that Yuvan Shankar Raja has signed on to score the music.  Dhanush started his career with Yuvan Shankar Raja scoring music for 'Thulluvadho Ilamai', 'Kadhal Kondein' and 'Pudhupettai' among other films and their las collobaration was for the 2007 film 'Parattai Engira Azhagu Sundaram'.  The buzz for 'Maari 2' is now gone many notches higher as the legendary Yuvan-Dhanush combo come together after ten long years.
