According to the latest update, in the wake of the arrest of actor Dileep, an emergency meeting of the executive committee of Association of Malayalam Movie Artistes (AMMA) is being held at actor Mammootty's residence in Kochi. Amidst tight police security, the meeting began around 11 am today and is progressing at a brisk pace. Prithviraj, Asif Ali, Kalabhavan Shajon, Ramya Nambeesan, Devan and Edavela Babu are attending the meeting.

While the Kerala Film Producers Association on Tuesday expelled actor Dileep, the actor is likely to be suspended from AMMA too. Dileep is now the treasurer of AMMA. A general body meet of the AMMA Association is likely to be held tomorrow to hold detailed discussions on the sensational incident.
