A day ago we had reported that a movie set in the backdrop of Kochi Metro, titled 'Arabikkadalinte Rani - The Metro Woman' is coming up. The film features Rima Kallingal in the lead role named Lathika, a textile sales girl. The film which is inspired by E Sreedharan, the brain behind KMRL, revolves around Lathika's attempts to meet the Metro man.
Though the team is yet to reveal about who will play the role of E Sreedharan in the movie. The director of the movie recently revealed that a Superstar will be roped in to play as the legend. Mored details will be unveiled soon.
The film will be co-directed by M Padmakumar and scriptwriter-turned-filmmaker S Suresh Babu. Produced by VJ Films International, the movie will also have Anoop Menon, Alencier Ley and Santhosh Keezhatoor in pivotal roles. The shooting of 'Arabikkadalinte Rani - The Metro Woman' is progressing at a brisk pace in Kochi.
